The rights of the interested party
Pursuant to article 7 and articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 – GDPR, you have the right to: revoke the consent given at any time. The revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the revocation; access your personal data to obtain information on the data processed; verify the correctness of the data and request its rectification or updating; object to the processing of data for reasons related to your particular situation, when personal data are processed in the public interest, in the exercise of public powers vested in the Data Controller or to pursue a legitimate interest of the Data Controller. If your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you can object to the processing without providing any reason; obtain the limitation of treatment. In this case the Data Controller will not process the data for any other purpose other than their conservation; obtain the cancellation of your personal data, when the conditions indicated by law are met (for example in case of processing in violation of the law); receive your personal data or have it transferred, where technically possible, to another owner. This right can be exercised when the data is processed with automated tools and the processing is based on your consent, on a contract of which you are a party or on contractual measures connected to it.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, which in Italy is the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data (art. 77 of the GDPR) or appeal to the judicial authority (art. 79 of the GDPR).
